Lady accuses man of offering her N100,000 for female underwear

A Nigerian lady has accused one Goodluck Oboye of selling ladies panties for ritual purpose after he offered her N100,000 for each pant.
The lady took to Facebook to share how Goodluck offered her N100,000 for each ladies panties she can bring to him. She screenshot their conversation to tell the whole story.
The Facebook, Esy Sugarlips asked that Goodluck be arrested and sent to prison or stone to death.
Her Facebook reads: I don’t know how to feel about this. But this is the conversation between I and one Goodluck Oboye here on Facebook. I don’t need to say much about our conversation because it’s very easy to comprehend.
I pasted his picture there because I want you all to identify him. Get him arrested and sent to prison. Or rather, stone him to death. He’s one of the people perpetuating the act of selling panties belonging to ladies. And I want to assure you all that his account isn’t fake. We’ve been friends on Facebook for years but haven’t conversed.

If this guy can ask me for such business proposal, then he can as well do anything. Ladies stay woke, be careful and prayerful and where ever you find him,
I repeat, stone him to death!!!

Sex-for-mark: OAU lecturer jailed 2 years

A Federal High Court in Osun on Monday, Sentenced a former Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) lecturer, Richard Akindele, to two years in prison for demanding sex-for-marks from a student, Monica Osagie.
Justice Maureen Onyekenu, gave the order after Akindele changed his plea, from not guilty to guilty.
The trial judge ordered that the lecturer serves his sentence in Ilesa prison, due to the magnitude of the offence he committed “which is prevalent in the country”.
Onyekenu had earlier rejected a suspended sentence and plea bargain which the Defendant’s counsel , Mr Francis Omotosho, had pleaded for, noting that suspended sentence and plea bargain should be premised on public interest.
She decried the gravity of the offence the convict committed, adding that someone must be used “as an escape goat” without letting the issue of sexual harrasment in tertiary institutions continue like that.
The Defence Counsel, Francis Omotosho, had earlier pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy in sentencing his client.

NAN reports that the lecturer was first arraigned before Justice Maureen Onyetenu on Nov. 19 by the ICPC on four counts of alteration of age and demanding sex to pass his student .

Lunatic takes over Ekiti school, attacks teachers, pupils

Lives of teachers and pupils of AUD Primary School, Irona, Ado-Ekiti are under threat due to the activities of a lunatic that has turned the school to his abode.

The lunatic chases pupil and throws stones at teachers anytime he sees them within the school premises.
The mentally derailed man takes over ten blocks which he fills with huge refuse while he permanently sleeps in one of the classrooms.
Apart from the activities of the lunatic suspected rapists, burglars and Indian hemp smokers have turned the popular primary school to
their hideouts.
These problems have led to a drop in the enrolment in the school as parents who are scared of the activities of the lunatic and criminals have withdrawn their wards.
The head teacher, Mrs. Taibat Yusuf, in a chat with our reporter on Monday called for the intervention of the state government.
Mrs. Yusuf said the activities of the lunatic and suspected criminals were constituting threats to learning in the school.
She said: “We are calling on the state government to intervene and help us evacuate the lunatic from the school compound because of the
threat he poses to the pupils and staff.
“The lunatic chases our pupils, throws stones at teachers and always threaten them anytime they are in school.
“Teachers and pupils are always gripped by fear that he may invade their classrooms at any time and this won’t make them to concentrate.
“Our school compound has been turned to a den of rapists, Indian hemp smokers and other criminals and this has led to the withdrawal of many pupils from the school.
“Besides, we want the government to renovate the collapsing fence which gives easy access to the lunatic and men of the underworld.
“Many of our classrooms have become dilapidated and the school also needs a gate as a form of security for teachers and pupils.”
An old pupil of the school, Alhaji Olohunkemi Tajudeen Ogunjobi, who lamented the sorry state of his alma-mater also called for the assistance of the state government.
Ogunjobi said: “It is a pity that a school which I attended has been turned to an abode of a madman and criminals.
“Security of the teachers and their pupils are not guaranteed. The enrolment in the school has dropped from over 150 pupils to less than 30 because of all these problems.
“We want the Police and Civil Defence officers to come here and arrest the lunatic. Besides, government should also employ a day guard and night watchman to guard the school.
“The dilapidated classrooms should be demolished to have an open field in which pupils can play and can also be rented out for social functions to generate revenue.
“It is unbelievable that the school, which was beautiful and a pride of other schools in those days, has turned to something else. We need the intervention of government and other well-meaning individuals.”

JUNGLE REPUBLIC !! Strike: National assembly workers seal entrance, cut off electricity supply

National Assembly workers under the umbrella of Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) have made good their threat to embark on a four-day strike.

The workers, who are demanding mainly for the payment of arrears of 28 per cent increase in their salaries since 2010, stormed the National Assembly in the early hours of Monday blocking all entrances into the complex.

The workers have also cut off essential services like power and water supply; effectively crippling any form of activity within the premises.
The aggrieved workers had two weeks ago shutdown the National Assembly stopping lawmakers from sitting; blaming the management of the National Assembly for their plight and insisting on the removal of the Clerk of the National Assembly, Sani Omolori.
Although no official statement has come from the management as at the time of filing this report; the Clerk had clearly dropped the blame at the door steps of the executive when he said there have been no releases to implement the workers’ wage increase captured in the 2018 budget.
