Shocking !!! Lagos prostitutes fight dirty over missing N32K


A Lagos sex worker at Ilasamaja, identified as Amarachi Okereke was arraigned before Isolo Magistrates court on Tuesday for assault and fake information.

The woman reportedly lost a certain N32, 000 she kept in her room which she claimed were proceeds from her services to various clients.

Instead of searching for the lost money, she accused four other colleagues of hers: Akpan Cynthia, Blessing John, Loveth Bassey and Grace Okafor, of stealing the N32,000 and reportedly attacked them, which led to a serious fight among five of them.
While the dirty fighting was on, a team of policemen got to the scene, arrested the five ladies and took them to Area D Police Command, Mushin.

During interrogation, Amarachi was unable to prove how the other four ladies broke her room and stole the money. She was subsequently charged for assault and false information.
In court, she pleaded not guilty. However, the presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.O. Adedayo, granted Amarachi bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.

However, Amarachi was remanded in prison custody pending when she will perfect her bail condition. The four other women were released after standing as witness on the alleged offence committed by Amarachi.

On her way to prison, Amarachi wept bitterly and lamented that her money was stolen and at the same time she was sent to prison.

3 drug traffickers arrested by NDLEA



Among three suspects arrested on Wednesday by the Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for drug trafficking were two suspects: John Ifechukwu and Victor Anadu were intercepted at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja while Omotayo Anifowoshe was arrested at Lagos Airport.

They reportedly swallowed 65 and 54 wraps of substances to conceal the drug.

Spokesperson for the NDLEA, Jonah Achemah, confirming their arrest said a 37-year-old woman, Omotayo Anifowoshe, was arrested at the local wing of the Lagos airport with 3.0 kilogrammes of ephedrine and 1.9kg of cocaine.

Achemah said, “Ifechukwu flew in from Lagos and was intercepted at the airport in Abuja. He excreted 65 wraps of substances weighing 864 grammes out of which only one wrap tested positive for methamphetamine. He was on his way to Indonesia.
“Anadu was intercepted on his way to Indonesia. He excreted 54 wraps weighing 1,073.4 kilogrammes of suspected substances out of which 700 grammes tested positive for methamphetamine. The remaining 373.4 grammes did not test positive for any known drug.

“Anifowoshe, 37, an indigene of Epe, Lagos State, was arrested moments after landing in Lagos and was to connect her flight to South Africa through a short cut linking the local airport to the international airport, after successfully boycotting security screening point.
“She was intercepted with two big bags containing 3kgs of Ephedrine and 1.9kgs of Cocaine base. The drugs were concealed in the false bottom of the bags. She confessed that the luggage was handed to her by her fiancĂ© at whose instance was the trip, the PRO concluded.”


OMG !!! Indian Police arrest teacher who ‘repeatedly raped’ 11-year-old Nigerian boy



One Indian school staff who allegedly raped an 11-year-old Nigerian school boy has been arrested by police in Greater Noida.

It came as a result of protest by Africans in front of the school where the boy was allegedly sodomized.

According to Hindustan Times, the school principal said the accused, Ashok Mishra, 35 who has been working as an administrative assistant for five years has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
She said ”Mishra’s job was to ‘screen’ visitors of the principal. He also used to sell school diaries, resource books and uniforms to students. He had access to the entire building, including the teachers’ staff room.”

“On Monday, two police officers had come to our school to inquire about Mishra. Since he was entrusted with installing GPS in school buses, I thought the police wanted to talk to him about that but it was at 9.45pm that I got to know that he was in police custody.
“He was a trusted member of the staff and was respected by everyone. We have never had any complaints regarding his behavior.”

“We have started the process of installing the cameras and the wiring is still being done. GPS devices are also being installed in the buses. However, due to Diwali vacations, the entire process could not be completed.”
“We have constituted a six-member committee to investigate the incident and for now, we have suspended Ashok Mishra. We will restart the child counsellor services.”

An Investigation officer, Girish Kotiya said “The accused has been sent to judicial custody. We are probing this case from all possible angles.”

Mother of four jailed for 10 years for trafficking cocaine to Saudi Arabia


Owolabi Oluwayemisi Modinat, a 56-year-old woman, was on Tuesday sentence to 10 years imprisonment by a Federal High Court in Lagos for trafficking in cocaine.

She pleaded guilty to 1-count charge preferred against her by the National Drug Laws Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

Modinat was arrested on May 19, 2017, at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, during outward clearance of Qatar Airways flight to Saudi Arabia, with 330 grammes of Cocaine, a narcotic drug.
The NDLEA prosecutor, while reviewing the fact of the case, tendered the convict’s harmonized ECOWAS passport with number: 1808098653, an E-ticket and boarding pass as evidence.

The convict, in her plea for leniency through her lawyer, Morenike Ogunleye, pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy in sentencing her.

The mother of four said, “My Lord, the convict is a first time offender, and she is sober of her action. She is a mother of four children, who single-handedly taking care of them, as she has separated from her husband.
“In sentencing her, I urged my lord to consider section 416(2)(b)(d) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015.”
The presiding Judge, Justice Rilwan Aikawa, pronounced the convict guilty as charged.
“I have listened to the plea made on her behalf by the counsel, and also listened to the prosecutor that she has no record of crime.

“Consequently, I hereby sentence her to 10 years imprisonment, starting from the day of her arrest.”

The offence is contrary to and punishable under section 11(b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act, Cap. N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

Shocking !!! 37-year-old Man dies mysteriously in lover’s house


A Cameroonian, simply identified as Dr. Charles, has died in mysterious circumstances in the home of his alleged lover in Ogboinbiri community of Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

Several sources in Ogboinbiri community claimed the Cameroonian, who is a patent medicine dealer, died after an alleged sexual encounter with his unnamed 35-year-old lover, said to be an indigene of the community.
However another account claimed that Charles, who was allegedly ill from an unidentified ailment, allegedly slumped and died in the woman’ s house before he could be taken to Zia-Ngo health centre, the only medical centre in the community.

An eyewitness who craved anonymity told journalists that the corpse of Mr. Charles had been deposited at the morgue of the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa .
” The death of Charles is a mystery. Everyone heard he was ill, but nobody could confirm if they had sexual intercourse that triggered the death,” he said.
Indigenes of the community were said to have filed a complaint at the Divisional Police Headquarters in Oporoma.

It was learnt that the Divisional Police Officer led other officers to the resident of the lover as part of the investigation.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Bayelsa State Command, Mr. Asinim Butswat , a deputy superintendent of police , confirmed the incident.

The police PRO said the preliminary report available to the police claimed the deceased died of natural cause.
“The report indicated that he was ill and slumped. But he was said to have died before getting to the community health centre,” the spokesman said.
