Shocking! Kenyan man chops off his penis and throws it to dog

Residents of Naivasha are reeling from shock after a man chopped off his private parts and threw them to a dog saying they were of no value to him.

According to the Star Kenya, on Wednesday, March 29th, the man from Karai started with a razor blade but finished cutting off his penis with a knife.
Screams from his on one-room house attracted members of the public who called police for help

After about 30 minutes of writhing in pain and heavy bleeding, the man was taken to Naivasha subcounty hospital. Joseph Chege, a resident, told journalists they found the man half naked and bleeding heavily.
"The man claimed the Bible ordered him to discard any body part that would deter him from entering heaven," Chege said.

Chege also said the man worked in one of the quarries and never interacted with residents. Another neighbour, James Kabono who described the incident as shocking, said they were trying to understand why the man harmed himself.
"He decided to cut off the most important part of the body," Kabono said.
A woman at the scene claimed the man was impotent and decided to sever the body part "as it was not of any service to him".

Joseph Mburu, the superintendent in charge of the hospital, who confirmed the incident said the man was in critical condition.
"He has been taken to the theatre...we hope he shall recover," he said.

BY PUNCH NEWSPAPER
Nigerian pilot who works for Air Djibouti has become the first African pilot in history to fly solo around the world.
Ademilola “Lola” Odujinrin completed the final leg of his historic journey Wednesday afternoon, landing safely at Washington Dulles International Airport.
The pilot has completed the entire circumnavigation in a Cirrus SR22, stopping in more than 15 countries on five continents, returning to Washington DC, where his journey began back in September.
The flight is part of Project Transcend, a foundation which aims to inspire young people to achieve their goals, regardless of their personal circumstances.
Ademilola says: “Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of one day flying around the world. We have a responsibility to lead by example and follow our dreams. I want African children to think: ‘I can do this too!'”
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Air Djibouti’s Chairman, Aboubaker Omar Hadi, and Cardiff Aviation’s Chairman, Bruce Dickinson, who have supported me throughout this journey. Without them, this would not have been possible.”
Both formed part of a high-level delegation to welcome the historic aviator on the tarmac at Dulles Airport, including: the Ambassador of Djibouti to the United States, His Excellency, Mr. Mohamed Siad Doualeh; Senior Director of Strategic Planning for Djibouti Ports & Free Zones Authority, Mr. Dawit Michael Gebre-ab; and Chief Operating Officer of Air Djibouti, Mr. Moussa Houssein.
Other distinguished guests included the CEO Africa World Press, which plans to publish a book on the journey.
Ademilola has logged over 4,000 hours as a commercial Boeing 737 pilot since earning his pilot licence six years ago.
The Chairman of Air Djibouti, Aboubaker Omar Hadi,  says: “By supporting initiatives like Lola’s flight around the world, Air Djibouti hopes to inspire a new generation of pilots in Africa and help to pave the way for the aviation industry to thrive in the region.
“The benefits will be felt within the region, as this will encourage more intra-African trade and sustainable economic development.
“With the commencement of the Single African Air Transport Market set for June 2017, air travel in the continent is positioned to grow rapidly and become a key contributor to the region’s economic and social development.”
Globally, the aviation industry represents a massive opportunity for African economies to play a larger role.
It is estimated that 2017 alone will see approximately four billion airline passengers worldwide, as well as over 50 million tonnes of cargo being transported by air.

A man, Taiwo Olubayode, has been sentenced to nine years imprisonment with hard labour and without an option of fine by a Family Court sitting at Oke-Eda, Akure, the Ondo State capital.
The 56-year-old man was convicted for impregnating his 16-year-old daughter (name withheld) at Oke-Ijebu street, Odode- Idanre in Idanre Local Government Area of the state which is also in the Akure Magisterial District.
The convict, who was brought before the court by Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps, was charged on one count of having incestuous behaviour with a 16-year-old girl.

According to him, the case was transferred to Akure division, where the victim informed the command that her father was responsible for the pregnancy.
David also told the court that the convict had earlier confessed at the NSCDC office that he committed the offence.
In her ruling, the magistrate, Mrs O.A Edwin said the Olubayode was guilty of the offence and sentenced him to nine years imprisonment with hard labour without an option of fine.

Nigerian construction worker missing after platform collapsed on Hong Kong Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

A Nigerian construction worker is still missing and a Nepali man died after a temporary work platform collapsed on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on Wednesday afternoon, March 29th.

The 41-year-old Nigerian simply identified as Onwuka and two Nepali men, Phapa Paul Denedick, 20 and Gurung Anel, 22, were dismantling a temporary work platform underneath a completed three-meter-high viaduct.

Work began on the bridge in 2009 and is situated at the waters of Lingdingyang in the Pearl River Estuary. It is a mega-sized sea crossing linking Hong Kong, Zhuhai city in Guangdong Province and Macau.

The construction cost of the main bridge was an estimated 15.73 billion yuan (HK$2.28 billion). It is now in the final stage of construction.

At 3:30pm, they were dragged into the sea after the platform collapsed. Denedick saved himself by unzipping his safety straps, but his Nepali colleague died and the Nigerian could not be found.
The cables that snapped off the collapsing platform also injured two others on the bridge deck – 31-year-old Pakistani worker Iqbal Sasil Fasil and a 49-year-old Hong Kong man, an Apple Daily report said.

The Labour Department of Hong Kong immediately deployed staff to the scen upon receiving a report of the accident and has been conducting an investigation into the cause.
Meanwhile, work in that area of the construction site has been suspended, according to a government press release.

Below are current photos from the construction site...

Amother in Australia was "horrified” after she took a photograph of her smiling two-year-old daughter -  only to discover that a deadly snake was lurking inches away.
Bianca Dickinson said she has been unable to sleep since looking at the photograph of her daughter Molly at her farm in the state of Victoria.
The photograph shows that an eastern brown – the country’s second deadliest snake  - was crawling over a fence beside her daughter.
“Molly and I were near our mailbox, so I crouched down and looked at her through the lens,” she told news.com.au.
“I guess I was focused on her so I didn’t see anything else… Then I saw this flash and I just thought it was bark coming off the tree. When I looked up it was already halfway past, I could see the tail between Molly’s legs. I think it was touching her boots it was that close.”

Ms Dickinson, a mother of four, took the photograph at the end of a long driveway which leads to her home near Kaniva, a small town.
After spotting the snake, she said, she froze to let it pass - and “luckily [Molly] copied me”.
She said she then shook with fright and later checked her phone, realising that the snake appeared in three images.
“It was horrifying — luckily it was over in seconds,” she said.
“We know that they are out there but I guess we don’t have them come that close to us… Every time I shut my eyes I see that big snake and what could have happened. I see Molly being taken away in an ambulance.”
Ms Dickinson added: “Molly looked at the photo when I showed her and she just said, ‘that’s me’.  [She] has no idea what happened, which is good.”

Man collapses and dies at wife's funeral while shaking hands with mourners outside church

James McAllister collapsed at the side of his wife Kathleen’s grave as a Northern Ireland Assembly member says his death is a "devastating blow for the community"

A family faced double tragedy after a man in his 70s died at his wife's funeral .
James McAllister collapsed at the side of his wife Kathleen’s grave in Northern Ireland on Wednesday.
He was reportedly shaking hands with other mourners when he took ill.
Kathleen died on Monday, the Irish News reported .
Father Luke McWilliams, the priest at Mrs McAlister's funeral, said the community has been left in “shock”, adding: “Naturally it was just a big shock."
Mr McAlister, a former Rivers Agency worker, was at St Mary's Church, Cushendall, County Antrim, when he collapsed.

Aidan McAteer, chairman of the Ruairi Og hurling club, with which Mr McAllister was strongly associated, paid tribute.
He said Mr McAllister was "great company, a great raconteur, a great story-teller".
Oliver McMullan, a Sinn Fein member of the Northern Irish Assembly, who was at the funeral, said: "He was very, very well known within the Glens and further afield.
“They were always part of the community and the first to be there if there was anything to be done in the hurling club.
“That's the type of community the Glens is, close-knit, and it's a devastating blow for the community.”

British woman who helped Nigerian boyfriend when he faced deportation finds out via FB that he'd been cheating on her

A 25-year-old British woman who paid to help her Nigerian boyfriend stay in the country was devastated and furious when she found out through Facebook that he’d been cheating on her for months.
Care home worker, Beth Coombs from Southsea, was matched with personal trainer Chris Chikadibia Esionwu, 29, on Tinder dating app, at Christmas in 2015.
The couple’s first date was a trip to Pets at Home, as Beth was keen to buy a companion for her pet rat.

After that they met up two or three times a week and were constantly texting. When Beth was down with flu, she told how Chris stayed with her for a week to look after her.
“I thought he was a keeper,” she said.
In April Beth was stunned when the Home Office detained Chris while they investigated his visa.

She explained: “He told me he had a student visa and was completely free to live in the UK.
“I believed him, and was sure it was just a mix-up. But, in the meantime, he was being held in a detention centre in Weymouth, nearly 100 miles away.
“I was distraught. We’d only been together for a few months but already I’d imagined a future with Chris.”
Terrified he’d be deported, Beth told how she would drive to visit her boyfriend after work.
She admitted:
“While the Home Office was investigating, the one thing Chris really needed was money. I took him whatever cash I had spare, which was about £150, for him to buy odd bits and bobs in the detention centre. There wasn’t much left once I’d paid my rent and filled up my car with tank after tank of petrol for the journey.”
When he faced deportation she spent a fortune driving to see him in a detention centre 100 miles away and giving him whatever money she had to spare.

Months later lawyers ruled it wasn’t safe for Chris to return to Nigeria.
"He asked to live with me and said he’d have to tell the Home Office that I would support him financially. It was quite full on. We hadn’t talked about moving in together yet. But I was sure that Chris was the man for me, so I agreed. Whatever it took to get my boyfriend back.”
Chris was transferred to another detention centre near Heathrow before being released in June.
"He phoned me and asked me to come and collect him,” Beth recalled. “I was over the moon. We stayed up all night talking, while Chris filled me in on every little detail of what had happened. It was amazing to have him back."
But after four weeks, Beth said Chris’ behaviour started to change. he started acting weirdly around her and refused to let her put anything about him on Facebook, she became suspicious.
“He’d go out unannounced, and any time I tried to take a selfie of us he banned me from showing it to anyone else. It was a side of him I hadn’t seen before. Our sex life became non-existent, as he would sleep all day when I was out at work then go out as soon as I was home.”
One weekend, when Chris had mysteriously gone away for a few days to Surrey, Beth noticed a girl liking all his Facebook photos and when she contacted her she revealed Chris had been having a relationship with her at the same time.

“My heart snapped in two,” Beth recalled. "After all I’d done for him! I was furious. I kicked him out then and there" she admitted.
“Chris had never mentioned her, and I had a strange sick feeling in the pit of my stomach,” she said.
"I sent this girl a message and asked if she’d been seeing him. She replied saying yes, since Christmas – the same time we’d got together. Over messages, we pieced together his betrayal. He’d been having a break in his relationship with her while he was down in Weymouth.
"Then, as soon as he was released, he’d picked up right where they left off. She’d had no idea he was living with me, or even that he had a girlfriend. I wasn’t angry with her, as she’d been duped by Chris too. We ended up finishing our conversation on good terms, and both of us agreed to dump him."
When Beth confronted him, she said Chris claimed he’d kept the affair secret because he felt “guilty” that she’d done so much for him. She ended the relationship.
"Losing Chris was hard, but I’m glad I discovered the truth.”

42-Year Old Man Arrested For Raping, Impregnating Girl A 13 Yr Old Girl

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a tailor, Lucky Emmanuel, for allegedly defiling a 13-year-old pupil in the Ajangbadi area of the state.

It was learnt that the 42-year-old and parents of the girl, who is in Junior Secondary School one, were neighbours and he had been having sex with her for months.

Punch Metro gathered that the alleged crime was reported to the police after the victim opened up, leading to Emmanuel’s arrest on Tuesday.

However, Emmanuel, who was paraded on Wednesday at the state police command headquarters in Ikeja, said he was dating the girl and that her parents were aware.

He explained that it was the management of the school the girl attended that reported a rape case to the police when they discovered that she was pregnant.

He said, “I have two children, but my wife and I are divorced. I don’t know the girl’s age, but she is more than 13.  I met with her parents that I wanted to marry her and they agreed. We had started some traditional arrangements in preparation for the wedding and I had paid them about N80,000.

“I was surprised yesterday (Tuesday) when her mother called me on the telephone to come. On getting there, she said somebody reported to the school authorities that her daughter was too young for marriage. That was why the school took it up.

“The girl and I have been together for over eight months now. I had sex with her twice before she became pregnant.”

But a police source debunked Emmanuel’s claim, saying that he lured the victim while she was hawking plantain in the neighbourhood.

“The girl is 13-year-old. Her mother was here yesterday (Tuesday) and she said she did not know the suspect. She said the girl hawked plantain and the man was one of her customers. He just gave her N500 and raped her,” the source said.

The Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, who confirmed that the girl was pregnant, said the suspect would be charged to court after investigation.

Lobatan! Kenyan pastor storms mortuary to resurrect his dead wife (Photos)

Mortuary attendants at the Gakwegori Funeral Home in Kenya were left shocked when a pastor stormed the mortuary to resurrect his dead wife.
Pastor Robinson Karumba of Eagle Wings Prophetic Ministries, arrived at the Gakwegori Funeral Home with his members in the early hours of Wednesday, demanding the body of his wife released to him, Nairobi News reported.
The deceased, Ms. Polly Rosa Ng endo who died following an undisclosed illness on Sunday, was released to his husband, who then took her into a secluded room, laid her naked body on a table and applied anointing oil.

Sources say after the pastor applied anointing oil on his late wife, he and his members started singing praise songs accompanied with a guitar and keyboard.
According to the pastor, who brought along clothes and shoes for his wife, he was following the teachings of Jesus which, he claimed, directed the believers would be raised from the dead after four days.
'We believe she is not dead, but merely resting. She is a believer like me and has preached in many places and with prominent preachers. I had to do what I have always preached. Jesus was called to Lazarus home after he had died for four days.' he said.
Explaining while he brought along musical instruments to the Mortuary, he said:
'Even Daughter said my mother will come back on Wednesday and that is why I came today. We are playing guitar and other instruments because she was a musician.'
The preacher also said people are preparing for her burial scheduled for Saturday, but if she resurrects before then, he will stage up a thanksgiving ceremony instead.
'Back at home, people have been preparing for the burial. If she resurrects, Saturday would be a thanksgiving ceremony. We will be marking her resurrection,' he said.
