Lucas Perez is growing increasingly desperate to secure a move away from Arsenal this summer.
According to a report from the Telegraph, the Spaniard is keen to leave the Emirates after just one season in English football. He has grown more and more frustrated with his position at the club, and is looking to seek pastures new.
Perez signed for Arsenal last summer for a fee of £17 million after enjoying a hugely impressive season in La Liga with Deportivo La Coruna. However, he has not enjoyed the same success on English soil, and his former club have been linked with a move for him this summer.
The 28-year-old struggled to find first-team opportunities under Arsene Wenger last season, and although the Frenchman himself admitted that he deserved more of a chance to impress, he’s set to struggle even more next term.
Arsenal have signed Alexandre Lacazette for a club-record fee, and this undoubtedly pushes Perez even further down the pecking order. - Read Sport
