Chelsea are keeping their options open this summer and Alexandre Lacazette is on the club’s radar in case they get priced out of a deal for Romelu Lukaku.
French outlet L’Equipe, as cited on Sport Witness claims that Chelsea do hold an interest in the Lyon forward but are focusing on a deal to re-sign Lukaku from Everton this summer.
Everton have stood firm once again as Chelsea look to poach one of their most prized assets.
The Toffees reportedly want £100 million for the striker, with the Premier League champions thought to be working a deal that would see the forward return to Stamford Bridge for somewhere in the region of £80 million.
Lacazette has once again been linked with a move away from Lyon this summer, with Arsenal the favourites to land the forward.
Reports in France suggested the player had a verbal agreement in place to join Atletico Madrid prior to their transfer ban.
