Ronald Koeman is hoping to step up his pursuit of Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud as he goes in search of a target man this summer.
The Mirror reports that Koeman would like to bring in three more players before the start of the new Premier League season.
Koeman wants to add Giroud, along with Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson as well as another left-back to his squad within the next two weeks.
Giroud has been touted as a potential transfer target for Everton throughout the summer following the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon.
With the 2018 World Cup just around the corner, Giroud will want to be playing regular first-team football this season to ensure him of his place in the French national team.
Throughout pre-season both Lacazette and Giroud have featured in the same team as Arsene Wenger experiments with his new signing. - Read Sport
