After Craig Shakespeare was sacked on Tuesday afternoon, less than 24 hours after his side drew 1-1 away to West Brom. Alan Pardew has emerged as the bookies' favourite to become the next Leicester City boss.
He has been out of management since December 2016 after being dismissed by Crystal Palace, but now finds himself the front-runner for the vacant job at the King Power Stadium.
The result meant the Foxes were winless after six Premier League games, and was clearly enough reason for the Leicester chiefs to dismiss Claudio Ranieri's successor. Other top contestants are Guus Hiddink, Gary Rowett, Nigel Pearson and Sam Allardyce
