Gemma Atkinson has made no secret of her mission to get fit and lean over the past year, and she’s looking absolutely amazing at the moment.
She is currently taking part in a 12-week transformation programme with Up Fitness, and the results so far will shock you.
The 32-year-old actress shared an image with fans, displaying the full extent of her progress.
She wrote: ‘My face says it all! Thank you @upfitnesslive @markbo1989 3.5 weeks down! 8 weeks to go!’
Gemma added, ‘I got so chuffed seeing my mini ab definition only to be brought back to reality with evil Steve’s casual comment ‘yeh they are definitely under there somewhere. Few more weeks and you’ll see them’ #strongwomen #ladieswholift #girlpower.’
In an interview with the Associated Press last year she said: ‘I always try, on Instagram, to let people know they can’t really be anyone else or look like anyone else.’
