The England hitman, Marcus Rashford gets six meals a day delivered to his doorstep... by his pal's food service.
He pays £50 a day for his fuel for goals provided by Nourish Fit Food.Family friend Thomas Groves runs the delivery service and often travels with the United youngster when the Red Devils are playing abroad.
The 19-year-old kicks off his day with porridge, often made from quinoa. Alternatively, he tucks into some scrambled egg or an omelette.
As explained on Nourish Fit Food's website, some footballers struggle to get the requisite amount of protein in their diet due to focusing too much on their carbohydrate intake.
Rashford counters this by eating protein flapjacks, protein pancakes, vegan protein brownies or protein mousses as snacks. His diet works on a fortnightly basis - meaning the same two meals will not appear at any stage during the two-week cycle - to avoid boredom.
