Man Utd release new home kit

Manchester United have unveiled their new home kit for the 2017/18 season.

New £31m signing Victor Lindelof has been pictured alongside Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard in the new button-up collar design, which has been made by Adidas.
The kit pays homage to United's classic designs from yesteryear but includes modern advances to ensure optimum performance, with breathable fabrics and mesh engineering allowing for improved movement.

The shirt, which features three stripes across the shoulders and familiar black and white detailing around the cuffs, will be worn for the first time when United face LA Galaxy on July 15 as part of their pre-season tour of the US, with United gearing up for a new campaign involving Champions League football.

Two friendlies against LA Galaxy and Real Salt Lake will be followed by United's involvement in the International Champions Cup (ICC) against Premier League rivals and Spanish sides they could meet in European competition next season.
Sir Alex Ferguson believes the intense pre-season schedule, which sees United face Barcelona, Manchester City and Real Madrid, will provide the perfect preparation for big games in the upcoming campaign.
